A front setback variance was granted for property at 2080 Hinds Creek despite staff concerns. A request for a variance regarding joint permanent easement construction standards was tabled for further study. The board also discussed future meeting protocols regarding the opening invocation and pledge of allegiance.
The committee discussed several items, including planning a separate meeting regarding flock cameras and receiving a status update on a joint tour of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
