The board discussed replacing a section of gray pipe with a larger ultra blue pipe to serve proposed lots. They considered the recommendations on the Blue River Pump Station Backwash Line and discussed funding options, including contacting the Choctaws. There was also a discussion about offering customers a Leak Insurance or Forgiveness Program, pending approval from Rural Development. The board approved checks written in October and reviewed the financial report.

The board meeting included updates on Water Well #2 and the Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project. There was consideration of upgrading the waterline, purchasing an actuator for the Water Treatment Plant, and the possibility of charging a surcharge for credit/debit card and E-Check payments, which was postponed. The board also considered increasing water rates, the proposed budget for 2023/24, and charging an evaluation fee to prospective developers. An executive session was convened to discuss evaluations and wages for the Manager, Field Superintendent, and Lead Plant Operator, followed by a decision to give them all a 5% pay raise. The board also approved an invoice for a test hole and checks written in August.
