This District Strategic Plan outlines a roadmap for 2027-2031, aiming to align the district's mission with daily practice, connect values to critical decisions, set measurable goals, and build shared accountability through a district plan and individual school renewal plans. The plan establishes four primary goals: fostering world-class learning by personalizing education, achieving operational excellence through optimized facilities and support systems, building a results-driven culture promoting supportive and inclusive environments, and cultivating meaningful partnerships with students, families, and the community. The overall vision is to develop and publish a new District Strategic Plan and a Renewal Plan for every school.
