The Commissioners' Court meeting addressed several agenda items, including the authorization to establish a mental health court and the submission of a Specialty Courts grant application. Discussion items included the review of collected designee forms and the election of 2026 officers, naming Nina Parvin as Chairman, Judge Cates as Vice-Chairman, and Naida Whitte as Secretary. The board approved a business name change on license #01-133 from Bomb City Bail Bonds to Guardian Bail Bonds, and acted on releasing the property and security for Gaylynn's Bail Bonds, license #01-114. A renewal application for Bargain Bail Bonds II, license 01-124, was received and approved.
