The primary item discussed for this scheduled meeting was the cancellation of the meeting itself. Information regarding compliance with the Americans with Disability Act, including procedures for requesting special accommodations, was provided.

The board meeting included a presentation on the condition assessment report of the C2 Interceptor and Siphon, with discussions on pipeline construction, age, and maintenance. Discussions also took place regarding the new administration building, with a plan to gather more information and consider different options. The meeting also included a General Manager's report, and discussion of water re-use project.
