Contracts for Primary Underground Unit Services (with H&B Contractors) and Secondary Underground Unit Services (with Sterling Global) for FY26 were also approved.

The Board also approved an amendment to a contract with McCord Engineering related to the TXDOT SH6 project, and renewed the line clearance/tree trimming contract with Nelson Tree Service, Inc. for FY26.
