Public Procurement Review Board Telephonic Meeting Minutes
The Board reviewed and approved several petitions for relief from reverse auction, including requests from the West Point Consolidated School District and the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources. Various agency contracts were considered and approved, involving the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, Mississippi Department of Health, and Mississippi State University. The Board reviewed building and real property management projects, including water and wastewater improvements at the Mississippi State Penitentiary and street improvements for the Capitol Complex Improvement District. Several leases, including succeeding, non-competitive, and amended leases, were processed. Personal service contract actions were taken, such as approvals for requests for qualifications, requests for proposals, and various contract modifications and new emergency contracts for agencies including the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, Mississippi Department of Education, and Mississippi Division of Medicaid.
