The council performed scholarship presentations for graduating high school seniors and issued a proclamation for Administrative Professionals Day. Consent items included the acknowledgment of monthly payments and the approval of a resolution reducing certain residential building permit fees for the month of June. A public hearing was conducted regarding the approval of a second extension for the Ridge Lands Filing 2 Subdivision, which was granted with the condition of updating sidewalk width requirements to five feet.

The board meeting included an executive session to discuss a confidential matter and obtain legal advice regarding the results of an investigation into a formal complaint. Following the executive session, the board held a determination and made a recommendation concerning the filed complaint.
