The State Bond Commission granted and approved lines of credit for Priority 1 projects, as described in Exhibit A and Act 2 of the 2025 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature. These projects will be reimbursed from the proceeds of debt incurred by the State of Louisiana through the State Bond Commission. Exhibit A contains functional descriptions of the projects and sets forth the maximum principal amount of debt to be incurred. The projects will be paid from the comprehensive Capital Outlay Escrow Fund.
