The board reviewed the status of open complaints and approved the licensing of new social workers. An executive session was conducted to discuss and subsequently approve the terms of complaint agreements for two individuals. The board also reviewed and approved all submitted PIP applications. Furthermore, there was a preliminary discussion regarding the future update of administrative codes related to Telehealth using the Model Act.

The board discussed the status of 14 open complaints and approved a list of newly licensed social workers. There was a discussion regarding the potential to allow Licensed Master Social Workers to obtain a Private Independent Practice designation, which was tabled for further review. The board entered an executive session to deliberate on a request for the reconsideration of a revoked license, ultimately resolving to wait until a pardon is granted. Additionally, the board approved all submitted Private Independent Practice applications.
