This document presents five distinct options for the development and improvement of a community center, detailing estimated costs and programmatic offerings for each. The options include various combinations of new ice arenas, remodeled community centers with expanded fitness and childcare, and the repurposing or non-development of existing ice arena space. The report also summarizes community feedback gathered from open houses, highlighting preferences for specific options and emphasizing the importance of dedicated senior spaces and modern facilities to serve the growing population and maintain the local tax base. The overarching purpose is to provide the City Council with comprehensive information to guide the selection and authorization of a specific option for plan development and implementation.
