The Council also approved modifications to the Residential Rental Ordinance. A public hearing was held and subsequently closed regarding the Street Reconstruction Plan, culminating in the adoption of Resolution R2026-019, which adopted the plan and declared intent to reimburse expenditures from bond proceeds. The Council then recessed for the Economic Development Authority Meeting and reconvened. General Business included the approval of Resolution R2026-023 to accept a monetary donation for aquatic programming. The update on Right-of-way Management and Fiber Projects was informational only. The meeting adjourned to February 17, 2026.
