The 2018-2023 Strategic Plan for the Community Government of Behchokǫ̀ outlines the council's commitment to addressing community challenges in a financially responsible manner. Key areas of focus include effective leadership through improved communication, good governance, and sound financial management. The plan also aims to develop competent staff through professional development and training, deliver best programs and services, balance infrastructure, and create a beautiful community through various initiatives.
