Town Of Franklin Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes
The Commission conducted public hearings and granted approvals for a commercial site plan and special exception for Windham Materials LLC and Land & Sea, an amendment to the zoning map establishing Conservation and Traffic Mitigation Overlay Districts, and zoning regulation amendments regarding middle housing development. The Commission also reviewed a pre-application proposal regarding industrial property modifications and referred the matter for legal opinion, received various departmental reports, and conducted an executive session to discuss strategy and negotiations regarding pending claims or litigation.
