The Council convened to conduct a closed session for the purpose of discussing contract negotiations as permitted by the Municipal Government Act.

The council discussed various municipal matters, including the approval of budget amendments for the Municipal Joint Services Board, zoning and planning amendments for a residential property, and the relocation of public EV chargers.
