The Goliad Independent School District is holding an election concerning the issuance of bonds. Proposition A is for bonds not exceeding $38,000,000 for school facilities and sites. Proposition B is for bonds not exceeding $35,000,000 for a new middle school campus and sites. The election will be held on May 7, 2022, with early voting available. Information on voting locations, dates, and times is provided.

The Board of Trustees convened a special meeting to consider and pass an order calling a bond election within the Goliad Independent School District. The order makes provisions for the conduct and notice of the election. The bond election includes a proposition for the issuance of $75,000,000.00 in bonds for the construction, improvement, renovation, and equipment for school facilities in the District.
