The meeting included a presentation from the Area Technology Center regarding its programs, student successes, and community involvement. Discussion topics also included student accolades, recent construction and renovation projects, particularly concerning the Middle School, and updates on fire science programming. Members discussed the school year start and addressed community feedback on school facilities. A change order for Middle School renovations was approved.

The agenda for the meeting included the confirmation of officers and the authorization for legal counsel to enter into a tolling agreement.
