Chelmsford Public Schools Goals 2025-2026
This document outlines the Superintendent's Goals for the 2025-2026 school year, designed to support the district's multi-year strategic plan and mission to cultivate inspired, creative, and well-rounded lifelong learners. Key areas of focus include enhancing academic achievement by addressing the mathematical achievement gap, promoting equity through providing equitable opportunities for all students, fostering social-emotional learning to ensure students feel welcomed and safe, developing human capital by attracting and supporting effective and diverse teaching staff, and optimizing facilities and operations to provide safe and modern learning environments.
