Bids for demolition services were opened and awarded to Madget Demolition, while proposals for specialized historic preservation architectural and engineering design services were taken under advisement. The Commission received an update regarding Eagleview billing, including plans for a meeting with the City of St. Joseph to discuss shared costs. The members also discussed the progress of county maps and reviewed a funding request for the Housing Corporation of St. Joseph.
