Chili Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes
The board reviewed two variance applications. The first, from Melva L. Buckner, requested a variance for a shed with reduced setbacks, which was approved subject to obtaining a building permit. The second, from Ron McKay, concerned a shed variance within a drainage easement; this was approved with six specific conditions, including requirements for the shed to be movable, prohibition of permanent foundations, and obtaining written consent from the easement holder. The board also discussed a suspicious email received by an applicant regarding fees.
