The board meeting focused on a public hearing and the subsequent consideration regarding the approval of a Preliminary Plat for the Rio Virgin Estates development located near Smith Creek Drive and Beartrap Canyon Drive. Following the review of the application and the conclusion of the public hearing, the board voted to approve the Preliminary Plat based on the findings and conditions established by staff.
