The plan addresses key areas including agricultural, natural, and cultural resources, utilities and community facilities, economic development, housing, transportation and mobility, intergovernmental cooperation, and land use, with goals and strategies designed to achieve a long-term vision for a thriving and sustainable community.

Expenditure discussions covered general government, financial administration, court, municipal building, payroll/employee benefits, elections, police payroll, police materials, building maintenance, fire & EMS, street maintenance, equipment maintenance, refuse/brush/weed control, health and human service, culture & recreation, and conservation & development.
