Additionally, the board approved an application for the replacement of a porch roof at 113 South Main Street using mineral guard roll roofing. One application for 146 South Main Street was withdrawn by the applicant.

The commission convened to review the results of the sergeant promotional examination and to consider recommending a candidate to the borough council for promotion to the rank of sergeant.
