The agenda focuses on the presentation and acceptance of the 2024-2025 fiscal year Measure JJ Audit Report, the presentation and approval of the 2024-2025 ICOC Annual Report, and the presentation of Measure JJ capital projects and financial reports. Additionally, the committee will discuss the solicitation of members for current and upcoming vacancies and approve the proposed meeting dates, times, and locations for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

The report certifies the District's financial position as of October 31, 2025, and requests the Board to approve and certify the Positive Certification for the 2025-26 First Interim Report.
