The proposed structure involves grouping grants and special projects, risk management, real estate assessments, IT and records management, and procurement under a consolidated finance and administration department. The administrator clarified that this reorganization will not take effect until a permanent, full-time finance director is hired and settled into the role. The committee determined that no full board action is required for this personnel matter.
