The Commission discussed operational updates including leadership transitions, project proposals, software acquisition plans, staffing initiatives, and policy updates. A new project for the Rio Embudo Watershed was presented and approved. The Commission reviewed the FY27 budget and held an executive session to evaluate employees and review recommendations for RFP finalists. Funding approvals were passed for numerous project proposals, and future meeting dates were proposed.
