The committee discussed current financial status and potential funding sources for a director position as part of the master plan. The Commission also held discussions regarding administrative needs, covering budget requirements for guideline distribution and signage, and staffing needs for enforcement and administrative support.

The board approved a payment for the Comprehensive Zoning project and read a proclamation recognizing Fair Housing Month. An executive session was held to discuss legal advice on zoning, property acquisition, and competitive bidding strategies. The budget work session covered corrections to the Marina budget, including HVAC replacement plans, and proposed utility rate increases for water and sewer services.
