Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District Board of Directors Special Meeting
The Board meeting focused on reviewing and acting upon the consent calendar items. A significant portion of the discussion involved item 5.5, which concerned the pre-approval of a contract before an RFP process. The Board discussed the necessity of this approach to ensure continuity of programming given the board's meeting schedule at the end of the year. Ultimately, the items on the consent calendar were split for separate votes, with items 5.1 through 5.4 and 5.6 passing unanimously, and item 5.5 passing after a separate vote.
