The Reed Union School District's Strategic Plan aims to challenge and inspire each student to reach their fullest intellectual, social-emotional, and creative potential to positively impact the world. The meeting included updates from Reed Site Chair, covering yearbooks, staff appreciation week, field day, year-end class playdates, PTA celebration, and an outdoor plaque for Dr. Niesyn. The Superintendent reported on food service vendor recommendations, a feasibility survey for community projects, adoption of Amplify for math curriculum, strategic planning, and a Budget Advisory Committee meeting. Site Chair updates were given for Del Mar and Bel Aire, covering graduation activities, kindness initiatives, book drives, promotion teams, and school plays. There were also updates on the budget and the nominating committee.
