The board reviewed a preliminary subdivision request for the Brookford Village project. Public hearings were conducted to consider a rezoning and site plan request for property at 540 Edgewood Street, as well as a text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance to conform with state statutes. Additionally, staff provided updates on the status of the Comprehensive Plan and discussed administrative procedures regarding the recent consolidation of the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment.
