The board conducted a reorganization, ratified contracts for the new Chief of Police and the Clerical Union, and appointed a special police officer. Proposed updates to the personnel code for non-union staff were reviewed and approved. Additionally, the board discussed potential 40R housing projects, MBTA zoning requirements, and updates to the subsidized housing inventory list. Various appointments to planning and service boards were made, and the Town Administrator provided updates on regional infrastructure projects, public health concerns, and upcoming town events.

The Board of Commissioners conducted a reorganization, electing a new Chair and Vice Chair.
