A variance request regarding a canvas mural sign at 611 Margaret Street was discussed, with the motion ultimately rescinded. The City Council meeting covered a wide array of municipal business, including public input on street vacations and property rezoning. Additionally, the Council held comprehensive budget presentations covering departments such as the Bus, Airport, Finance, Building, and HR offices, and discussed fleet lease agreements and fire apparatus refurbishment. The meeting concluded with an executive session regarding litigation and property matters.
