Harrison County Commissioners Commissioner Minutes
The commissioners approved regular claims, payroll, and prepaid vouchers. They reviewed and approved flagged claims for Bennett & Bennett Insurance, Inc. and authorized the Health Administrator to sign a new bank credit card application. A zoning change ordinance was adopted for a property from neighborhood business to light industrial use. The County Engineer presented a change order for the Bridge #37 and Bridge #75 overlay project and provided an update on the Bridge #56 project. Additionally, the commissioners processed an additional appropriation request for debt services in the justice center renovation bond fund, acknowledged receipt of July monthly reports from the county clerk and treasurer, and forwarded an additional appropriation request for equipment repair and maintenance from the county sheriff to the county council.
