The meeting commenced with the call to order. Key agenda items included the presentation of the delinquent tax collection report for July 2024 - July 2025. The board approved a change to the December 2025 regular meeting date, moving it from December 8 to December 15. The board approved the 2025-2026 District Improvement Plan and Performance Objectives from each campus. Furthermore, the board approved policy updates (Update 126) affecting various legal and local policies, and approved the recommendation to set the purchasing value at $100,000 to acquire additional white fleet vehicles. A closed session was held to discuss personnel matters, employment/resignation, and safety and security, followed by reconvening for potential action. The Superintendent recognized three teachers, provided a safety and security update, and the meeting concluded with adjournment.

The meeting included discussion and updates on public comment sign-up sheets and policies, as well as the grievance/complaint process. There was also a discussion about the school website and suggestions for improvements. Recommendations were made to hire elementary classroom teachers for the upcoming school year, and David Wehmeyer was recommended as the new interim superintendent starting June 1, 2022. The board also discussed recent board training, a teacher recognition lunch, and graduation.

The meeting included an audience address by Raymond Zepeda regarding concerns about the level 3 grievance and Stockdale ISD sports procedures. Board members were recognized for their service. The board discussed the SB 763 -- Chaplains resolution. The board then moved to a closed session to discuss a Level 3 grievance, ultimately deciding to take no action. The Superintendent presented teacher recognitions, explained the It's Time Texas Program, and reviewed safety and security updates.
