Serve Idaho Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
The meeting included discussions on the reassessment of the strategic plan, development of a new plan, and the commission receiving a VISTA program award. Bylaws changes were discussed to include first and second vice chair positions, change the term for the chair position to 2 years, and add term limits to bylaws. The ongoing pandemic has limited in person interaction. An increase in staff workload is due to the VISTA program and increase in ARPA funding. The committee will oversee commissioner attendance. Committee chairs will meet together quarterly to talk about cross collaboration for goals. A requirement for commissioners to attend 75% of standing committee meetings will be added to the bylaws.
