The Council adopted Resolution #26-193, which endorses the New Jersey Department of Transportation's Traffic Regulation Order. This order prohibits certain left-turn movements from the southerly driveway of the property located at 53 Morristown Road onto Morristown Road (U.S. Route 202) as part of a proposed restaurant development. This action rescinds and replaces a previously adopted resolution regarding the same traffic regulation.
