It focuses on providing comprehensive support and multiple pathways, such as traditional university routes, intern programs, and teacher residency programs, to ensure individuals are well-prepared and certified. Key objectives include increasing the number of preschool and TK teachers and enhancing mental health and wellness support for both students and adults within the educational system, fostering a supportive environment for professional development and service.
