Key strategies include standardizing the Early Warning System, administering IXL for math, implementing structured literacy programs, and using SpringMath for intervention. The plan also aims to increase regular attendance rates by enhancing communication with parents and providing professional development for teachers. The ultimate goal is to meet PDE's goals and interim targets for proficiency and attendance by June 2028.
