The budget includes revenue from local, intermediate, state, and federal sources. Expenditures cover instruction, instructional resources, leadership, guidance, transportation, food services, extracurricular activities, administration, plant maintenance, security, data processing, and debt service. New expenditure codes are included for statutorily required public notices and lobbying activities.

The Adrian I.S.D. Board of Trustees convened to discuss several key items, including budget amendments, setting the tax rate, and approving the proposed budget for the 2025-2026 school year. They considered and approved an agreement for the purchase of attendance credit and delegated contractual authority to the superintendent. The board also discussed fuel tank options, the resurfacing of the parking lot, and set the September board meeting date.
