The agenda for the meeting included receiving minutes from the Municipal Facilities SC Joint With School Facilities SC meeting held on February 25th, and the City Council Regular Meeting from March 3rd for acceptance. A General Public Hearing was scheduled regarding an Ordinance to Amend Zoning related to a Data Center Moratorium. Council motions included requests for safety and feasibility assessments of a 4-Way Stop at Bower and Fletcher Streets, an audit/assessment of cross streets leading towards School Street, scheduling an information meeting regarding a proposed sidewalk project on Campbell Drive, re-evaluating the light cycle synchronization at Westford and Stedman Streets, exploring the feasibility of designating "Happy To Chat" benches, re-establishing the 'unanswered/non-responsive' section on the agenda, and initiating discussions on space consolidation measures with the Superintendent of Schools for cost savings. The City Manager presented several motion responses, an informational report on the Tyler Excellence Award, and communications regarding the Planning Board's recommendation for a Data Center Moratorium and permission for out-of-state travel. Votes from the City Manager authorized easement execution with National Grid for Douglas Road and the execution of a Notice of Activity and Use Limitation for properties on Fay Street and Gorham Street. The agenda also covered approval of Constable Bonds and petitions, including two property damage claims and several requests from residents and National Grid/Boston Gas for utility work (pole installations and gas main replacement).
