The board discussed an encroachment on District property, ultimately authorizing the resident to purchase the encroached property, pending engineer confirmation and land valuation. They also addressed other encroachment letters and an erosion issue. The board approved the certification of unopposed candidates for the Directors' election and subsequently cancelled the election. The Tax Assessor/Collector's report and the Bookkeeper's Report were reviewed and accepted. The Operator's report included updates on water plant compliance, water accountability, and repairs, as well as approval for removing dead trees from Flamingo Island Reserve. The Engineer's report covered the Fort Bend County Drainage District Levee Report, the Bond Application Report, recoating of water plants, and the removal and replacement of the Digester and Bar Screen at the Sewage Treatment Plant. The board also discussed a Buffer Zone Easement for the Sewage Treatment Plant and approved the Annual Special Purpose District Reporting.
