The board meeting agenda includes a review of public communication and record-keeping procedures, a review of the aquatic nuisance vegetation treatment project for 2025 and 2026, and a budget review for the 2025 and 2026 bypass. The session also allows for other business, public comment, and scheduling of the next meeting.

The committee discussed the dissolution of the Business Revolving Loan Fund Review Committee. It was noted that the current agreement with Northern Great Lakes Initiatives no longer requires a review committee as voting authority is managed by a regional board. The committee voted to move the request to dissolve the review committee to the Board of Commissioners.

The commission reviewed finance reports regarding the Parks Division of the Capital Fund and the parks fund, specifically addressing budget variances in refuse and equipment maintenance accounts. Updates were provided on park closures and maintenance activities, including pump repairs at Medina Park. Administrative updates included the availability of the 2025-2029 Parks plan for public comment, grant application strategies for community housing repairs in collaboration with the Community Action Agency, and discussions regarding prairie management and controlled burn practices at County parks.

The meeting was called to order and adjourned shortly thereafter with no board appointments, reappointments, or other business discussed.

The committee discussed and approved the appointment of a member to the Materials Management Planning Committee.
