Town of Canmore Enforcement Appeal Review Committee Agenda
The committee will convene to hear an appeal regarding an enforcement order issued to property owners who have repeatedly refused the Town of Canmore access to their residence for the mandatory installation of a new water meter. The discussion will involve reviewing the regulatory authority for meter upgrades under the Water Bylaw, the history of attempted access and communication, and the homeowners' objections to the replacement technology. The committee will evaluate the appeal to determine the appropriate resolution concerning the Order to Remedy Contraventions.
