The meeting included a vote to approve the 2025-2028 Agreement between the West Boylston School Committee and the West Boylston Cafeteria Employees.

The meeting included student recognition awards for students from the Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. The Student Advisory Council Members reported on spring athletics, High School Student Council activities, Interact Club updates, International Thespian Society plans, Mathletes achievements, MS Drama Club rehearsals, National Art Honor Society trip, National Honor Society induction and volunteer opportunities, National Spanish Honor Society projects, P.R.I.S.M. events, Tri-M updates, Wellness Club planning, and Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Class activities. The committee approved payables and payroll warrants, the 2025-2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement with The West Boylston Teachers' Association, and the Memorandum of Agreement with The West Boylston Paraprofessional Association. Subcommittee reports were given on negotiations and the Superintendent Search Committee. Reports were also given by the Elementary School Principal, the Director of Special Education, the Business Administrator, and the Superintendent of Schools. There was a discussion on class dues.

The meeting included recognition of the Volunteer of the Year and retirees from the West Boylston Public School District. Community input was heard in support of the Softball Coach. The committee approved payables and payroll warrants. A representative was appointed to the Keystone Collaborative Board of Directors for FY26. Reports were given by the Elementary School Principal, Middle/High School Principal and Superintendent of Schools. The West Boylston Secretarial Personnel Contract and Custodial Personnel Contract for 2025-2028 were approved. The date for the August 2025 School Committee Retreat was approved and a representative was appointed to the Town Wide Planning Committee.

The West Boylston School Committee convened to interview Mr. Daniel Riley, Ed.D., for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The meeting included an explanation of the superintendent search process and timeline, followed by an opening statement and presentation by Mr. Riley. The School Committee then moved to appoint Daniel Riley, Ed.D., as Superintendent of West Boylston Public Schools and entered an executive session to ratify his contract. The committee returned to open session to approve the newly appointed superintendent's contract.

The committee approved payables and payroll warrants, as well as the 2025-2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement. The FY26 budget was approved, and reports were given by the Elementary School Principal, Middle/High School Principal, and Superintendent of Schools. The committee endorsed article 9, including Proposition 2 ½ override, and approved the Memorandum of Agreement between the Leominster School Committee and the West Boylston School Committee. Richard Meagher was appointed as liaison for the new building initiative.
