Roxbury Township Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes
The Zoning Board of Adjustment conducted hearings on several land use applications. The board denied a use variance and major site plan application for SK&KP Enterprises, LLC, while approving a bulk variance application for property improvements at 2 Holly Drive. Additionally, the board memorialized resolutions for previous approvals regarding Reuther Manufacturing's site plan and use variance, Robert Pallotta's pool patio construction, Paul Porfido's above-ground pool and deck project, and Christian Licciardi's two-story dwelling addition.
