The Board of Zoning Appeals reviewed and approved three variance requests. This included a front yard setback variance for a garage addition at 10019 England Drive, subject to drainage mitigation stipulations. A floodplain variance was granted for an irrigation pump building at 8215 West 103rd Street to allow for wet floodproofing. Additionally, a rear yard setback variance was approved for a screened deck at 13917 Briar Street. One application was withdrawn. The Board also discussed modifications to public comment procedures.
