The board authorized several capital and service contracts, including upgrades to the Convention Center's natural ventilation system and the installation of a new architectural lighting system for the Water Feature. Approval was granted for professional surveying services and an emergency pump-out of the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The board also authorized a reimbursement to Pittsburgh Steelers Stadium Incorporated for capital repairs, the installation of lighting fixtures at North Shore Riverfront Park, and increased funding for owner's representative services related to demolition and redevelopment planning. Additionally, the contract for the 'Magnolias for Pittsburgh' artwork was extended.
