The 'RISE' Strategic Plan for Viterbo outlines a comprehensive roadmap focused on four key pillars: diversifying and strengthening revenue streams, fostering a missional and inclusive campus identity, increasing student recruitment, engagement, retention, and success, and becoming the regional higher education employer of choice. The plan aims to achieve these through initiatives such as comprehensive campaigns, expanding professional learning, institutionalizing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, advancing transformative teaching, and improving employee support and institutional effectiveness.
