This five-year strategic plan for Aquinas Institute of Theology, inspired by the 'in medio Ecclesiae' principle of St. Dominic, aims to enable the institution to flourish in its intellectual mission to preach the Word of God. The plan outlines three overarching goals and five pathways to action, focusing on strengthening academic excellence, enhancing community engagement and evangelization, and ensuring financial sustainability through philanthropy and a robust institutional effectiveness plan. It seeks to respond to the challenges and needs of the Church and society, particularly by addressing rapid demographic changes and engaging underrepresented groups.
