BoardCatholic Diocese of Wichita Pastoral Plan
This pastoral plan aims to better serve the Vietnamese Catholic Community within the Diocese of Wichita by unifying efforts and facilitating integration. It addresses both the community's rich traditions, strong family values, and unique cultural contributions, as well as challenges such as bridging generational gaps and ensuring full inclusion into local parishes. Key areas of focus include sacramental preparation, spiritual development through retreats, fostering community integration, preserving Vietnamese culture and language through the St. Anthony Vietnamese Center, promoting stewardship, and establishing a unified Vietnamese Pastoral Council to oversee and review the plan.
